Cow's milk goes bad in hours without a fridge. Camel milk can sit out in actual desert heat for weeks and stay drinkable. So why isn't it in every grocery store on Earth?
In this video we break down the real reasons camel milk never went global — it's not taste, and it's not because it's "weird." It comes down to built-in antimicrobial chemistry, a milking process that requires the calf to be present, brutal output math compared to dairy cows, camel temperament, and a global dairy supply chain that was already built around cows long before anyone circled back to camels.
We also look at where camel milk has always been a completely normal dietary staple (the Horn of Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, parts of Mongolia), and how it's now being rebranded as a premium "superfood" in Western grocery stores — decades after it was just breakfast somewhere else.
