Commanders Should Call Jaguars About Brian Thomas Jr. Trade

The Washington Commanders should explore a Brian Thomas Jr. trade after Terry McLaurin's season-ending knee injury, but building around Jayden Daniels doesn't mean overpaying out of desperation. Thomas' age, vertical ability, rookie contract and LSU history with Daniels make him a compelling long-term fit even though Jacksonville hasn't made him available. We also discuss other receiver options and why offensive line help could matter even more. Then, whether Mike Tomlin should be considered if Washington eventually moves on from Dan Quinn, what's still working for the Commanders at 1-4-1, and why a potential top-five 2027 NFL Draft pick should target premium talent rather than Washington's loudest short-term need. Host David Harrison covers the Commanders for the Locked On network, The District Standard, and WUSA9. 📌 Locked On Commanders is your daily podcast for all things Commanders Commanders—free and available on all platforms. 🎧 Subscribe + hit the bell for daily updates 💬 Drop your questions and reactions in the comments!
