My Top Touhou 09 (Phantasmagoria of Flower View) OSTs

Fourth volume of the Touhou OST ranking videos, please notice that the opinions are purely mine and replaying these games over time might influence my overall ratings. All games have been played prior to ratings. I have a special relationship with PoFV as it's actually one of my least played Touhou (for obvious reasons), but I still overall appreciate the story, atmosphere and the characters. It's just that I don't have much to say about it, and that goes the same music-wise: most of these tracks were already present in past Touhou volumes, and the arrangements aren't great enough for me to have a different opinion of these tracks compared to the original. However, PoFV original tracks really are amazing and they perfectly capture the character's presence while all being related to spring.
