No Downtown (E) on 8th Ave. Downtown (E) ran via 6th Ave Local between 5th Ave - 53rd & 2nd Ave, the last stop. Uptown (E) ran between 2nd Ave & W 4th via 6th Ave Local, then resumed regular service.
