Ela Jamosmos is a communication professional, speaker, artist, and Master’s candidate in Communication at the University of the Pacific. Her third act emerged from one of life’s most difficult seasons, where she chose resilience, courage, and unwavering faith in God over adversity. Through rebuilding her life, she discovered her voice in Toastmasters International, serving in club and district leadership while strengthening her communication and leadership skills. At 60, she pursued a Master’s degree in Communication, affirming that growth and purpose have no age limit. Today, Ela speaks on communication, leadership, resilience, and Intentional Becoming—the practice of becoming more of who God created us to be—through podcasts, speaking engagements, and community workshops including The Art of Self, The Power of Vision, and Change the World from Within. Living with dyslexia, she brings a lived understanding that challenges can become strengths, a journey also featured in Dystinct Magazine. Grounded in both scholarship and experience, Ela believes communication is not just speaking well, but living a life that reflects one’s message. Her mission is to Speak Life. Breathe Hope. Awaken Wonder. She teaches that reinvention is not becoming someone new, but intentionally becoming who we were created to be, and lives by the belief: “We may not be able to choose or change our circumstances, but we can choose who we become within them.”
