Rescued Muskox Calves Meet for the First Time

www.alaskawildlife.org Last week Athena and Artemis, our two rescued female muskox calves, were moved into their new enclosure and met for the first time. We caught it all on film so come join Athena as she greets her new friend Artemis and have their first “play date”. At first these two weren’t sure what to make of each other but they’re becoming fast friends! Be sure to come by the AWCC and see Athena and Artemis in their new home behind the Animal Infirmary.
