Hi guys! This videos discusses about solved problems in Shear Stress and Bearing Stress Part 1. Basically stress is the magnitude of force applied per cross section area of an object mesured in N/m^2(metric unit) or lb/in^2(english unit). It is important to know the maximum allowable stress that a body can handle so as we can avoid it from destruction when we apply force or loadings on the object. We have different types of stress depending on the application of force on the cross section areas namely: normal, shear or bearing stresses. We will discuss more about Shear Stress and Bearing Stress in this video where the applied force is parallel and perpendicular to the object’s cross sectional area. We will solve several problems about normal in this video. Happy learning and enjoy watching! #enginerdmath #tagalog #strengthofmaterials #simplestresses
