Adrian Gore Interviews Sebastian Coe

Last week, our CE, Adrian Gore, spoke to one of the greatest middle-distance runners of all time, Seb Coe who is also the current President of World Athletics and a multiple Olympic gold medallist. At the peak of his career, and over a period of just 41 days, Seb Coe set new records for 800m, 1500m and the mile, and for a brief period, held four simultaneous world records. He is also a former MP, head of the London Organising Committee for the 2012 Olympic Games, a Life Peer, and Vitality UK Board member. Their conversation touched on a number of important themes surrounding goal-setting, motivation, meaning, purpose, potential and leadership.
