What Did the First Human Language Sound Like?

Before English, Chinese, Arabic, or any language we know today, humans had to find a way to share thoughts. But what did the first human language actually sound like? We cannot listen to it. Words do not fossilize. So scientists have to reconstruct the mystery using archaeology, human evolution, brain research, anatomy, gestures, modern languages, and animal communication.
