Te Araroa days 17,18 & 19 treasure island to Mangawhai heads

Estuary crossings, beach walks and lovely NZ bush hiking. I was lucky to have another zero day with Denny and I skipped a very long beach walk which I was pleased to do as walking the beach at high tide is so much harder. I rejoined the trail at Waipu after my zero day. I was relieved to get to Mangawhai and was able to get a cabin at a bargin price! #teararoa #hiking #newzealand #travel
