YLVRA - Skjaldmær (Official Music Video) | Rise of the Shieldmaiden

Enter the world of YLVRA, the she-wolf of the North. Viking songs sung in Icelandic, the language of the old sagas, driven by war drums, ancient chants, fierce female vocals and dark Nordic soundscapes from the black beaches and lava fields of Iceland. Skjaldmær means "shieldmaiden". She leads the charge across the lava fields, holds the shield wall in the storm and rides the black sand beaches with her warband behind her. We stand firm. 🖤 Subscribe for new Viking music every week. A fusion of cinematic Viking music, tribal percussion, Icelandic folk, dark atmospheres and modern production. ⚔️ Viking Music | Icelandic Folk | Nordic War Drums | Dark Folk | Cinematic Music | Epic Battle Music #YLVRA #VikingMusic #IcelandicMusic #NordicFolk #WarDrums #DarkFolk
