The Silver Acorn Tarot Flip Through

I fell head over heels for the Silver Acorn Tarot the first time I encountered this whimsical, sweet fall/Halloween themed deck on my feed. Stephanie Buscema’s beautiful hand painted artwork captured my imagination immediately, I absolutely love this anthropomorphic take on the RWS (which includes both animals and vegetable people!) Stephanie Buscema describes the deck as “A dreamlike place that seemed strangely familiar, full of magic and whimsy with an old storybook-like quality…and a bit of mystery if you looked a little deeper.” This description captures the essence of the deck beautifully, I am a lifelong bookworm and each time I work with it I am transported back to the colourful stories that made up my childhood. The deck is made up of the 78 traditional Tarot cards, plus one bonus first edition card. The deck is printed on high quality 310 gsm paper measuring 5.21” by 2.95”. The deck has a linen finish with a water based coating. The deck comes with a full colour, 117 page guidebook written by Madame Pamita. It includes a foreward written by Judika Illes and each Major Arcana card is paired with descriptions, reading interpretations and important symbols. The Minor Arcana are broken down by suit, with a detailed description of the meaning associated with each card. The book includes guidance on how to read Tarot, along with a couple of spreads - including a unique Silver Acorn Spread that I can’t wait to try. The deck and guidebook are housed in a beautifully illustrated, sturdy box with a folding magnetic closure. It is matte coated with silver foil and spot gloss UV varnish. The first edition printing of the Silver Acorn Deck & guidebook was printed as a limited edition set, with 1000 boxed sets made. It is currently available on Stephanie’s website, link is in Stephanie’s bio. #SilverAcornTarot #StephanieBuscema #TarotFlipThrough #FlipThroughTarot #FlipThroughDeck #DeckFlipThrough #Tarot #TarotDeck #TarotDecks #Fall #HalloweenDeck #IndieTarot #IndieDeck #IndieDecks #LimitedEdition
