The next day, I started my journey early from Tsumeb. The tailwind made riding much easier — finally, the wind was on my side. I was heading toward Oshivelo. About 90 kilometers to cover. I rode the whole day. Along the way, a sister was selling milk. I bought some. But it turned out to be buttermilk. I drank it anyway. On a hot day, anything cold is a blessing. By evening, I finally reached Oshivelo. I went to the police station and asked if I could set up my tent there. They said no. Fair enough. Rules are rules. But then one police officer stepped forward. He offered me a spot to camp at his own home. Not the station. His home. His family's space. His trust. It was a nice place. He even gave me food in the evening. We talked. We ate. It was a good time. 📍 Oshivelo, Namibia
