Fiesta MK7 1.0 EcoBoost Engine Rebuild | Part 4 | *CYLINDER HEAD REBUILD*

I told you in the last video that this time I'd be starting to reassemble the engine, well, I was wrong. I decided there was one more step I wanted to take before it all goes back together. I wanted to clean the cylinder head and I didn't feel as though I could do that properly without stripping and rebuilding the head completely. This gave me chance to not only thoroughly clean the head but also clean and lap the valves and install new valve stem oil seals. On top of knowing everything is clean and good to go I also learned how to do all this for the first time so it was definitely a worth-while exercise.
