I have NEVER fished this river so low!!

It is not out of the ordinary for the Crooked River to run pretty low in the fall and winter. Typical outflows consistent around 90-100 CFS. This last week flows were reduced to just 38 CFS so I grabbed the fly rod to hunt for some slow deeper pools holding fish. Hope you enjoy and subscribe!
