The Daito Obi500 is a compact CNC plasma coping robot for beams, channels, angles, flat bar and hollow sections. Its six-axis robot cuts copes, notches, holes, slots, bevels and end profiles on sections up to 500 × 250 mm and material from 2.3 to 25 mm thick. Programs are generated from CAD or DSTV data through Daito DIS II, with no manual robot teaching required. Laser sensing and roller measurement check the material before cutting.
