Tales of Legendia - Boss 15: Vaclav [Hard Mode]

"Vaclav Bolud, Third Prince of the Crusand Empire, a militaristic country in the southern part of the mainland." After beating Stingle, the party makes it to the control room of the Bridge, only to watch as Vaclav fires the Nerifes Cannon. They plan to stop him before he can get off another round. The big bad man in red armor is comparable to Stingle in difficulty, but he's much less threatening. He hits hard and is hard to stun, but fortunately there's no worry about Instant Death. Instead Vaclav is an all out brawler who will push his way into your ranks and attempt to beat the party into submission. People like Norma, Chloe, and Jay with low defense must be extra careful around him since it takes only a few hits before they fall. I probably should've used Moses in place of Chloe, since Moses has the highest HP at this point in the game and defense on par with Senel, and he doesn't recklessly run into attacks. Instead, I left her dead most of the time and distracted him with Senel's strong throw. The main challenege in this battle is simply to endure his attacks and outlast him. There's not really much else to say if you got past Stingle.
