What to do if you are over qualified and too expensive to be hired

I get asked this question by lots of my followers: No one wants to interview or hire me because I'm over qualified, want to much money, or I'm too old.. but I'm crazy qualified to do the job... why won't they hire me? So today I recorded a quick video of exactly what I would do if I was in the same exact situation.
