#191 The Bolens, The Little Tractor That Could

Come along while I clear 8-10in of fluffy snow. Long video for the Bolens fans! This is a 1979 Bolens HT-23. It has the 58cu.in. engine (K582), opposed cylinders, 23hp. Eaton transmission. It has a similar wheelbase and wheels size as a Kubota BX23. It weighs around 1,100 lbs and it's only a rear-wheel drive. The studded chains on the rear wheels make it a real workhorse.
