TRLE - Chosen - Part 1 by Mytly

In this video, Chosen - Part 1 by Mytly - Part 12, now that I have beaten the boulder, I see the next task must be to raise a block. I see there are different coloured tiles in the corners and I wonder if they represent trigger tiles of some sort. Moving the boulder earlier didn't work, so it must be something else.
