real cowardice looks like this (and real courage too)

This is certainly a touchy subject, a lot of people feel entitled to act any way they want nowadays, but it takes real courage to step aside from your emotions and handle things properly, even if that means playing a longer game than just exploding on someone and losing your life over a mistake. We deserve so much more in life, not just hate, rage or violence. I know I have been branded for life through the experiences I've had, but I still choose to act differently. Everyday. And that's what real courage means. Keeping your cool is actually the heroic thing, blowing up on people that contradict you is a surefire way of proving your cowardice and your inability to defend yourself with words or actions, only violence and fear.
