In the program, respected hindi writer Vishwanath Tripathi appeared as the chief guest. In his Inaugural speech Vishwanath Tripathi said, "Hindwi utsav is a celebration of various dimensions of Hindi language, which is the basis and essence of Indian philosophy and lifestyle."
