Manual Pick and Place Conveyor System

Our Pick & Place conveyor system is designed for manual tray packing. A hopper that accepts product from the infeed incline diverts and meters product to either side of the center conveyor to be closer to the operators. Operators on either side of the line can pull trays from the shelves above and pack product into the tray on the stainless steel side table. Once the tray is packed, it can be placed on the center conveyor that will deliver it to the sealing equipment. This system is built with 304 stainless steel and designed for a washdown environment. Ergonomic stands that can be moved to and from the line can be provided. System length, heights and widths can be built custom to your production needs.
