☀️ Family Holiday Vlog – Part 2 | Grimsby, Cleethorpes & My Birthday by the Sea! 🎂🌊 Welcome back to Part 2 of our Laceby Manor family holiday! This vlog covers Monday through Thursday of our Lincolnshire getaway, with lots of exploring, food, family time, and even a birthday by the seaside. 💙 🛒 Monday We started the week with a trip to Morrisons to stock up on food, drinks, and snack supplies for the lodge while the men headed off to play golf. I also had a little nosey around the spa reception at Laceby Manor Resort — it looked absolutely gorgeous! ✨ Later, Ben and I went for a drive around Grimsby docks to cure our cabin fever and explore the local area before heading back to the lodge for a cosy dinner of pie and mash. 🥧🚗 🛁 Tuesday Tuesday began in the hot tub, making the most of the lodge facilities. I also show some of the things I packed for Alfred for the holiday. 👶🧳 While Ben played golf again, I headed out with Mum, Dave, and Alfred to explore Grimsby. We stopped at a lovely cafe to give Alfred his bottle, then visited the incredible Trapped in Time Museum, which I absolutely loved — such a fascinating place full of nostalgia and local history. 🕰️❤️ After that, we popped into Docks Beers to sample some drinks, and then enjoyed a late lunch at The Bradley Inn before heading back to the resort. 🍺🍽️ 🎂 Thursday – My Birthday! Thursday was my birthday, so the day started with presents and birthday surprises. 🎁🎉 We then spent the day exploring Cleethorpes, and it was such a lovely family day out. Alfred and I even dipped our toes in the sea! 🌊👣 Of course, we had a browse around the gift shops, picked up some presents for family, and I bought my postcards — something I always collect whenever we go away. 💌 One of the funniest parts of the day was searching for the “smallest pub on the planet”, which turned into a little adventure of its own! 🍻 We refuelled with McDonald’s for lunch before heading back to the lodges for a relaxed evening.
