With no proper trail to follow, we spent the day bushwhacking through forests, exploring unknown routes, navigating difficult terrain, and trying to find a way to the summit. Although we didn't reach the peak, turning back was the best decision we could have made. The terrain ahead looked much tougher, and safety always comes first in the mountains.
