Arcade Stick Vs Taurus Demon | Dark Souls Remastered

My first time playing any souls game! Per usual all playthroughs are done blind, no help from chat. Whenever possible, playthroughs are done with an arcade stick. Since we are playing Dark Souls Remastered on PC, I was able to configure my Hori Fighting Stick Alpha to make it doable.
