𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: In this sixth and final session, we brought together experts to discuss the role of Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in STEM faculties. We explored the full journey - from why and how GEPs are developed, to overcoming resistance, and ensuring they lead to meaningful, sustainable institutional change.
