ROSÉ - 'New Trick' (Acoustic Version) | Full Concept Song + Lyrics

Waiting for the official drop? Let's slow it down a bit. Here is a Full Acoustic Concept for ROSÉ (로제) - 'New Trick'! 🖤💖 While the 7-second teaser ("Watch this, watch this, Ow!") gave us major upbeat vibes, I wanted to reimagine the song as a raw, emotional acoustic track. I wrote full English lyrics and recorded this stripped-down version to capture a different side of ROSÉ's aesthetic. Don't forget to stream the official song when it drops! Which vibe do you prefer for 'New Trick'—upbeat pop or chill acoustic? Let me know below! 👇 🎤 Lyrics (Original Fanmade Concept): [Intro] Lovesick, I'll pick my heart off the floor New trick, watch this, watch this, Ow! [Verse 1] I found your text at 2:14 Still sitting there like a loose screen door Coffee gone cold on the kitchen counter I read it twice, then I read it four You said “sorry,” like it fixed the room Like that old couch wouldn’t know your name I laughed out loud at my own reflection Same dumb face, same stupid game [Pre-Chorus] Now I’m pacing in my socks again Wiping up the mess you left behind If this is how it ends, then okay I’ll take the hit and keep the spine [Chorus] Lovesick, I’ll pick my heart off the floor Patch it with tape and keep one eye on the door You can keep the keys, keep the little black dress I’m bruised, not broken, I’ll confess Lovesick, but I’m not staying down I know how to stand in this side of town So if you miss me, you know where I’ll be On my feet, in the wreck, still me [Verse 2] Your hoodie’s still hung on the back of my chair Smells like your shampoo and a bad idea I almost called when the bus went by Old habit hits when the street gets quiet I made plans with Mara for Friday night She said, “Bring that face, we’ll fix it up” We ordered fries and talked too long And I didn’t check my phone once [Chorus] Lovesick, I’ll pick my heart off the floor Patch it with tape and keep one eye on the door You can keep the keys, keep the little black dress I’m bruised, not broken, I’ll confess Lovesick, but I’m not staying down I know how to stand in this side of town So if you miss me, you know where I’ll be On my feet, in the wreck, still me [Bridge] Maybe I loved the wrong parts loud Maybe I stayed when I should’ve moved But I’m done folding up for someone else Done making room for your excuse I can hear my laugh again In the hall, in the car, in the rain on the glass Not asking you to come back now Just letting the damage pass [Chorus] Lovesick, I’ll pick my heart off the floor Patch it with tape and keep one eye on the door You can keep the keys, keep the little black dress I’m bruised, not broken, I’ll confess Lovesick, but I’m not staying down I know how to stand in this side of town So if you miss me, you know where I’ll be On my feet, in the wreck, still me [Outro] Lovesick, I’ll pick my heart off the floor New trick, watch this, watch this, Ow!
