You passed the test. The next morning you sit on the couch and wonder what you're actually supposed to do now. This class is for that morning.
The Fall 2026 season of the Launch Program opens with the big picture: twelve weekly classes built on three verbs, get the business, know the business, do the business, and one word to carry through all of them, consistency. A short video from an outside speaker sets the tone with the three places new agents find a first client: the people already in your phone, a community where you genuinely show up, and the overflow from a busy agent who can't get to everyone. From there two broker support leaders get practical. Be yourself where you already spend your time and let real estate come up on its own. Spend most of your day in conversations. Start your database this week and reach out to a few people every single day. Learn your tools before your first showing, from the MLS to a practice transaction on your own home. It closes with new agents sharing what's already working for them, including a local events guide that small businesses were glad to put on their counters.
What's covered:
• Why passing the exam teaches you the law, not how to find your first client
• The three places a new agent finds a first client
• Why you don't have to talk real estate to start real estate conversations
• Being yourself where you're already planted, instead of becoming someone new
• Get, Know, Do: how the twelve classes fit together
• Starting your database this week, beginning with the contacts in your phone
• Posting something useful instead of only "just listed" and "just sold"
• Knowing your tools before your first showing, and practicing on your own home
• Homebase: the tools you use here, at no cost, and yours to take with you

Questions answered:
Q: I just passed my exam and don't know where to start. What should I do this week?
A: Start your database. Go through the contacts in your phone, put names, numbers and emails into a spreadsheet or Homebase, and start letting people know you're in business, aiming for a few genuine touches every day.
Q: I don't want to be pushy. Do I have to talk about real estate with everyone?
A: No. The advice here is to be yourself where you already spend time and have real conversations. Once people know what you do, real estate tends to come up on its own.
Q: What should I practice before my first client?
A: Your tools. Learn the MLS, build a practice transaction on your own home in the e-signature platform, run a market analysis on a family member's house, and make sure you can open a lockbox before you're standing at a door with a buyer.
