Some moments genuinely took me back to my childhood. I heard little shades that reminded me of The Phantom of the Opera, Liquid Tension Experiment, Rammstein, The Prodigy, Michael Jackson, and so many other sounds and feelings that shaped the way I hear music. Not because Bleach sounds exactly like any one of them, but because the music kept opening doors in my memory. Sometimes I hear something cinematic or theatrical. Sometimes the music becomes intricate and progressive. Sometimes the rhythm, electronic energy, groove, drama, or something completely unexpected takes my brain somewhere else entirely. And then five seconds later I’m singing over it, adding harmonies, or hearing another 20 voices and musical layers in my head 😂 I also danced A LOT during this one, so I really hope some of you were singing and dancing with me too. Honestly, knowing that while I’m reacting, some of you might be joining in from your room, your car, your couch, or wherever you are makes these music reactions even more special to me.
