Return of Maryborough Passenger Trains - Community Day

On Saturday 24 July 2010, V/Line and the Victorian Government celebrated the return of passenger services to the Maryborough line by holding a community day. A special six car V'Locity train ran on the line, picking up people at Creswick and then running shuttles out of Maryborough. At the conclusion of the shuttles, set VL34 stayed in Maryborough that night prior to running the first up pass the following morning. VL38 ran back to Creswick, Ballarat and Melbourne This video commences at Creswick and then follows the train to Maryborough, where the shuttles were run between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
