This GIANT Steak Was Made for an Open Fire 🔥 Unlike the other beef I’ve cooked, this time I’m cooking the meat wrapped in foil. The reason is simple: cooking beef in foil makes it much more tender. The meat becomes so soft that it practically falls apart from the bone, and it melts in your mouth like cotton. I know it can be a little difficult to fully capture that texture and tenderness through a screen, but I’ve done my best to bring that feeling to you. First, I cut the beef into pieces and season it generously with salt, making sure to season every part of the meat really well. Then, I sear it until it develops a beautiful, flavorful crust. Once the meat is nicely browned, I wrap it tightly in foil and let it cook slowly until it becomes incredibly tender. I wanted to show you in detail how this method works and explain exactly how I cook it for you. And if you enjoy my videos, make sure to share your thoughts with me in the comments. I’d love to hear what you think!
