Fixing a Dirty Atari 2600 - Black Screen/RIOT Chip Replacement

I picked up this untested Atari 2600 off of Facebook Marketplace. When booting it up I just got a black screen. In this video we'll clean up the filthy system and replace the RIOT chip.
