Proseguo nel confronto con i grandi romantici nel senile tentativo di migliorare il mio "tocco" , in passato troppo freddo (spero in miglioramento ) proponendovi un Notturno di Chopin , il n 20 in Do # minore , reso celebre anche dal bellissimo film di Polanski The Pianist , vincitore di 3 Oscar e Palma d'oro a Cannes . Tratto dal romanzo autobiografico di Spilzman , narra le vicende di questo pianista e compositore polacco di origine ebrea . Il notturno in particolare viene suonato mentre lo ascolta un ufficiale delle SS in una scena d'intensità straordinaria.....dove ti domandi cosa stia provando l'ufficiale e quanto la Bellezza possa salvare il mondo ( Dostoevskj ) Buona serata e Buon ascolto Wolemosebenesemperwoster Mariowa&CardioRock 💙🐶🎼 I continue my engagement with the great Romantics in a late-life attempt to refine my "touch"—which used to be too cold (though I hope it is improving)—by sharing Chopin’s Nocturne No. 20 in C-sharp minor. This piece was made famous by Roman Polanski’s beautiful film *The Pianist*, winner of three Oscars and the Palme d'Or at Cannes. Based on Szpilman’s autobiographical novel, the film tells the story of this Polish pianist and composer of Jewish heritage. The Nocturne, in particular, is played while an SS officer listens—a scene of extraordinary intensity... one that makes you wonder what the officer is feeling and just how much Beauty can save the world (as Dostoevsky famously said).
