Gary Newbon interview with Doug Ellis, Chairman of Aston Villa Football Club about the building of new boxes for spectators and planned improvements at Villa Park. He is asked if this will attract a new type of spectator. He goes on to talk about plans to cover over the exposed terraces on the Witton Lane stand.
