Boil 200g of glass noodles in boiling water for 6 minutes. 2. Drain most of the water, leaving just a shallow amount at the bottom of the pot. (Tip: Cut the noodles into bite-sized pieces for easier eating!) 3. Turn off the heat and add the soybean sprouts, sliced onion, sliced fish cakes, and Asian chives into the pot. 4. Add all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, oligodang, plum extract, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, Dashida, and cooking oil), excluding the black pepper and sesame oil. 5. Turn the stove to medium heat and toss everything together continuously so the sauce coats the ingredients evenly. 6. Once the vegetables have softened and the liquid has reduced nicely, turn off the heat. 7. Finish with a shake of black pepper, a swirl of sesame oil, a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds, and chopped scallions on top. #하루레시피 #콩나물잡채 #어묵콩나물잡채 #매운잡채 #잡채황금레시피 #초간단반찬 #집밥레시피 #koreanfood #japchae #spicyjapchae #kongnamul
