Your phone says 101%. A battery cannot be more than full, so the extra one came from somewhere. From today your phone charges off you: seven rules, one battery icon above your head, and every rule costs you a little. Every rule comes with one real study: how often people really check their phones, phantom vibrations, notifications you never answer, what looking down does to your neck, texting while walking, people who chose an electric shock over fifteen minutes alone with their thoughts, and screens before bed. By the end you find out how much your phone really takes every day, and it is not one percent.
This is a comedy, not medical advice. Flake, the seven rules, the battery count, the boss and the sock coupon are made up. The studies are real.
