Baby Hotline (Riptide pmv)

a little video featuring Riptide, who is one of Wavecrash's and Deepwater's dads. Riptide goes a bit off the rails when his husband, Wisteriabloom, dies in the war. He's also Autumnstar's deputy, and has a weird romantic fascination with him which Autumnstar takes advantage of. To clarify, Autumnstar never physically harms Riptide, but he does fuck with his psyche a lot. That panel of Autumnstar attacking Riptide is like a 'for dramatic effect' sorta thing. I tried to play around with the art style a little bit. Most of the panels of Riptide depict him very chibi-like to sort of demonstrate his delusion that everything is fine. He wants to have a cutesy perfect life, but the reality is far from that.
