New pot-handling system for Gärtnerei Klein

Following the successful commissioning of the first TM 1610F in 2018 and the addition of a combination of a TM 2400DR and a Domino printing system in 2023, Wilhelm Klein is once again setting new standards in modern production processes with its new facility. As part of this project, the nursery has now been equipped with a completely new, state-of-the-art pot handling line. 🪴 ⚙️ The installed line consists of the following main components: ▶️ Bale breaker BZ 6160 ▶️ Potting machine TM 2400DR ▶️ Domino-Printer Ax 350i ▶️ Irrigation tunnel WT 8000 ▶️ Buffer table and buffer table with returning unit PT 5000 ▶️ Conveyor belts At the heart of the system is a high-performance TM 2400DR combined with a BZ 6160. The system is complemented by a buffer table and a return table, ensuring a continuous and efficient material flow.
