How to Use the Lunar 2021 Flow-Rate Indicator

The Lunar 2021 features an all-new Flow-Rate Indicator built into the display. In this video, we'll show you the key points for using the Indicator and which brew modes take advantage of the feature. Using the Flow-Rate Indicator, you can monitor your espresso shot's flow in real time, with markings ranging from 0.1 grams per second to 5 grams per second. After the shot is completed, you can also use the flow rate summary function to view the average flow rate for the whole shot.
