HOW WILL WE GET THIS OUT?

This is probably the biggest and maybe the worst time I have ever seen anything bogged. The fully loaded cattle truck left just after 6.45 am and hit a bog hole that didn't look deep only realising he was in trouble when he could see his rear trailer on a very precarious angle and forward movement had ceased. The decision was made to unload the cattle and attempt recovery but this truck wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. After a full day we had moved the truck about 3 inches forward and the prime mover a tyre width sideways. After some serious damage to the front bullbar we called it a day. The driver drove approx. 3 hours to collect Steel Wire Rope (SWR) and SWR Slings plus more equipment, extra poeple and returned the following day to recover his truck and trailers from the muddy bog hole.
