Ninh Binh, Vietnam | The Most Beautiful Place I Found

Ninh Binh was one of the most beautiful and unexpected places I found while travelling through Vietnam. Between limestone mountains, rice fields, temples and the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, this part of the journey felt completely different from everything that came before it. In this travel diary, I spend a few days exploring Ninh Binh, learning about its history, wandering through the city at night and seeing how the landscape that looks so peaceful today once served as natural protection for Vietnam’s old capital.
