Masterclass with Prof Tembeka Ngcukaitobi - History in Law, Law in History

The purpose of the Masterclass is to expose students to the value of an historical archive, and how history can be used as a way of historicising disciplines, specifically Law. Professor Tembeka Ngcukaitobi will engage with the theme using selected historical legal cases. Students in Humanities and Law Faculties will benefit from this Masterclass.
