Is "undersized" even a real thing at the Power Four level? I pulled height data on every outside hitter, setter, middle, libero, and right side/opposite across the SEC, ACC, Big Ten, and Big 12 and the results might surprise you. Turns out, at almost every position, MORE athletes fall below the average height than above it. So when coaches, media, or recruiting profiles label a player "undersized," the numbers often don't back that up. In this video, I break down: 🏐 Average height by position across all Power Four conferences 🏐 The actual split of athletes above vs. below that average 🏐 Why the "undersized" label gets thrown around inaccurately 🏐 What this means for YOUR recruiting process, no matter your height This isn't about telling you height doesn't matter, it's about giving you the real numbers so you can make informed decisions instead of assuming you don't fit a level because of one metric. 📩 Want more breakdowns like this delivered to your inbox every week?
