エアーは怖い！ヘリコプター、マシンガンはもっと怖い！｜HELICOPTER & MACHINE GUN

エアーのヘリコプター、やっぱり怖い！😱 そしてマシンガンは……もっと怖い！！😂 今回はヘリコプターをメインに、床とエアーの両方に挑戦しました。 まずは床でのヘリコプター。 過去にも何度かやっているので軌道はわかるのですが、着地のコントロールがなかなかできず、最初はドスンドスン。😂 後半はブリッジをするようなイメージで、できるだけ静かに着地することを意識してみました。 そしてエアーでヘリコプター。 ハンドスプリングからブラスモンキー、下の手をポールに変えて、そのままヘリコプターへ。 床と同じ軌道なのに、下の手がポールになると上手く押せず、バランスも一気に難しくなります。 足を斜めにセットするところから一苦労。 そこから半周して着地するのは……**怖い！！** 先生に腰をサポートしてもらって、なんとかできました。 そして最後は、今まで一度も成功したことがない**マシンガン**。 ポールを脇で抱え、肘に足を乗せて反対の手で引きながら、床の足を持ち上げて縦開脚へ。 先生のサポートがあっても床の足を離すのが怖い。 3回目になんとか開脚までいけましたが、私には「顔から落ちる未来」しか見えませんでした。😱 ということで、マシンガンはニーホールドと一緒に**「諦めトリック」入り**です。😂 最後に10秒ほどのフロアーフローもあります！ The Air Helicopter is scary! 😱 And the Machine Gun… is even scarier!! 😂 This time, I focused mainly on the Helicopter, trying both the floor and aerial versions. First, the Floor Helicopter. I’ve practiced it several times before, so I know the general trajectory. The problem is controlling the landing! My first attempts were definitely not quiet. 😂 Later, I tried to imagine landing softly, almost like moving into a bridge. Then came the Air Helicopter. Starting with a handspring into Brass Monkey, I switched the bottom hand to the pole and continued into the Helicopter. The movement is basically the same as the floor version, but with the bottom hand on the pole, pushing and balancing become much harder. Getting the legs into position was already challenging, and then rotating half a turn to land from that height was seriously scary! With my instructor supporting my waist, I somehow managed to make it through. Finally, I attempted the **Machine Gun**, a trick I’ve never successfully done. Even with my instructor’s support, I was too scared to lift my foot off the floor.
