Highlight: Mythic Fangs

Lucrum Gaudium decided that the best way to handle the Mythic Twin Fangs raid boss was to completely ignore the strategy guide and treat the entire room like a giant, radioactive pinball machine. Our raid leader, who was definitely not sweating through his shirt, confidently yelled over Discord that the "Eternal Venom" debuff was just a mental construct and wouldn't actually kill us. By the time half the melee DPS reached eight stacks of the poison, the voice channel sounded less like a coordinated World First attempt and more like a crowded emergency room. Our primary Blood Death Knight, a massive Orc who regularly forgets to use his defensive cooldowns, suddenly realized his health bar was flashing faster than a broken neon sign. Instead of panicking like a normal human being, he accidentally fat-fingered his Death Advance button and launched himself directly into a cluster of three toxic Caustic Globule bubbles. We all held our breath, expecting to see a spectacular explosion of green goo and a swift return to the graveyard screen. Instead, a bizarre glitch or a massive stroke of divine luck occurred, and his health locked firmly at exactly one hit point. He managed to pop Vampire Blood at the absolute last microsecond, absorbing a massive wave of magic damage that should have vaporized our entire raid team. Meanwhile, our top-performing Mage was so busy laughing at the tank’s screaming that he blinked straight off the edge of the platform and died to fall damage. With only three players left standing and the boss sitting at a painful 1% health, the Blood DK started wildly swinging his axe while screaming battle cries in Hungarian. The final blow landed just as a massive pool of green acid spawned right under his feet, securing a kill that was 90% panic and 10% pure, unadulterated luck. We didn't even care about the item level of the loot drops because the sheer comedy of surviving that absolute clown show was worth more than any Mythic titan-forged weapon.
