Chen Tai Chi New Frame (Xin Jia Yi Lu) by Hans Oh 'Xinjia Yilu'

October 17 2014 at Chen Bing Taiij Academy USA in Los Angeles Hans Oh is the first foreign disciple of Grand Master Chen Yu (陈俞) and he currently lives in South Korea. The classical Chen Family Taijiquan requires the balance and change of energy between hardness, softness, fastness and slowness. The essence of taijiquan cannot be captured if a practitioner only studies slowness and softness. 🌐 www.ChenBing.org — #ChenBing #ChineseKungfu #TaiChi #Shaolin #Taijiquan #Henan #InternalMartialArts #traditionalkungfu
