From Data to Dashboards: Measuring Anchor Impact at Scale

This session from HALN explored how anchor organisations can track and demonstrate their community impact in meaningful, systematic ways - using real-world examples and practical tools. We heard from: Suffolk and North East Essex ICS - on embedding the UCL Anchor Framework into dashboards used by NHS Trusts and the Integrated Care Board.
