AND (Our Backup) https://www.facebook.com/share/19jW1c... #joshandmomma #joshsmom #flyingjacob #crazyrecipe _________________________________________ Are you playing with us Kristoffer?! 🤣 Flying Jacob Casserole ⭐️ Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts (about 5–6 oz each) 1 teaspoon oil ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 5 oz diced bacon 1 banana 1¼ cups heavy cream ½ cup chili sauce Rice for 4 servings ⅓ cup salted peanuts ⭐️ Directions: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the chicken into strips. Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken in batches. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Cook the bacon until browned and crisp. Sprinkle it over the chicken. Peel and slice the banana and arrange the slices over the chicken. Mix the heavy cream and chili sauce together. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Cook the rice according to the package directions. Sprinkle the peanuts over the chicken and serve with the rice and salad.
