FRASER ISLAND 2014 - HUGE SHARKS & SPANISH MACKEREL OFF THE BEACH! Our annual trip down to Fraser last year was an awesome 2 week adventure. We normally only go down for 1 week every year but decided that 2 weeks would mean more opportunities and more fish. The action started on the first day with 13 sharks landed and the numbers just kept coming. The Spanish Mackerel were a bit illusive this trip with only 3 being landed during our trip and both were on the last day with the crystal clear conditions these aggressive pelagics came close to shore and in range of our live tailor which we’d sent out on non-return slides. Heaps of tailor and dart around this year which was good for us as we had an endless supply of fresh bait. Please enjoy our video and we hope to see you down at Fraser again this year!
